What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your journal or accessory arrives damaged, please email milkvase@outlook.com with photos of the damage within 4 days of receiving your order. Milk Vase will promptly work to resolve the issue.

Please note that Milk Vase does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.


What if my item is lost in transit?

Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, it is beyond our control. Please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for updates. If your tracking shows no movement, it is recommend to contact Australia Post directly for further assistance.

In the unlikely event that your journal or accessory is lost in transit, please email milkvase@outlook.com so we can arrange a store credit. As each journal is one of a kind, it cannot be directly replaced.

Australia & New Zealand wide (domestic): $10 AUD, 7-10 business days.


When is your next journal release ?

Journal drops occur every 2–3 months. As Milk Vase is a one-person creation, I take the time needed to ensure each piece is made with care rather than rushing the process.
